Mr.CaiBo is graduated with a bachelor's degree in Economic Law from Hunan University of Finance and Economics in 1991. Prior to 2022, he worked at Hunan Qiyuan Law Firm as a lawyer and partner. During this period, he mainly engaged in legal services related to the IPO of A-shares in China, refinancing of listed companies, mergers and acquisitions, acquisitions of listed companies, bond and bill financing, and private equity fund investments. He has led the IPOs of companies such as Hunan Boyun New Materials, Tangel Culture, and Snowsky Salt Industry Group; major asset acquisition and restructuring of Hunan TV and Broadcast Intermediary's cable network assets, Yuan Long Ping High-Tech Agriculture's major asset acquisition and restructuring, Tangel Culture's acquisition of Beijing Magic Universe Network and You AI's major asset restructuring in Guangzhou, non-public offering of Yuan Long Ping High-Tech Agriculture, restructuring and establishment of China South Publishing & Media Group, establishment and merger of Bank of Hunan, and establishment of Changsha Urban Development Group.
