Ms. Zhu is the founder of Guangzhou Lifeng Culture Technology Co., Ltd., chairman of Lifeng Group, a member of the 13th Guangzhou Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, a standing committee member of the 16th Guangzhou Federation of Industry and Commerce, a member of the Guangdong Enterprise Confederation and Guangdong Entrepreneurs Association, the executive vice president of the 11th session of the two sessions, vice chairman of the Guangdong Cultural Tourism Association, and an external tutor for the graduate program in Digital Cultural Tourism and Exhibition Engineering Management at South China University of Technology.

She has founded and led five companies in industries such as cultural tourism, beautiful villages, and health biology. With 26 years of industry experience, she has led teams in planning and producing major national events such as the Olympic Games, Asian Games, and World Expos. She has successfully created seven well-received cultural tourism performance projects and invested in performance works such as "Tian Niang Performing Arts" and "The Song of Huangpu."
